Japan PM says he'll take ruling party's by-election defeats with humility

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said on Monday he intended to take the ruling party's defeats in parliamentary by-elections a day earlier with humility and make necessary amends.
Suga said his government's policy of placing a top priority on coronavirus responses remained unchanged.
