The severe weather outbreak of numerous tornadoes and significant wind damage has come to an end across Central Alabama in the US.
During Wednesday's storms, Alabama authorities received 17 reports of tornadoes from Tuscaloosa, Jefferson, Chilton, Autauga, Hale and Greene counties, reports the CBS 42.

The National Weather Service in Birmingham is sending out crews today to survey numerous locations across Central Alabama in order to determine the magnitude and exact track of the tornadoes.
