Trump urged the President of Syria to normalize relations with Israel.

President Donald Trump has taken a significant step towards normalizing relations with Syria. On May 14, he met with Syrian President Ahmed al-Shara at a conference held in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. During this meeting, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was also present. Their handshake was broadcasted on state television.
