Gaza is moving towards an end to its two-year bloody war. Under the mediation of US President Donald Trump, Hamas and Israel have finally agreed to a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement as the first phase of a proposed peace plan for Gaza. Trump himself announced this information on the social media platform Truth Social on October 8.
