Black Sea ceasefire: New deal between Russia, Ukraine
The United States said all parties will continue to work for a lasting and durable peace. Not only that, the two countries have promised that they will not attack each other's energy infrastructure. However, Russia has said directly that the ceasefire will only take effect when restrictions on its food and fertilizer trade are lifted.
