SC Has Rectified Its Mistakes, Says Lawyer Sharif Bhuiyan

The Supreme Court's Appellate Division has declared the previous verdict, which abolished the non-partisan caretaker government system, invalid and reinstated the 13th Amendment as valid. Delivered on 20 November by a seven-member bench led by Chief Justice Dr. Syed Refaat Ahmed, the ruling marks a historic reversal. Senior lawyer Dr. Sharif Bhuiyan says the court has finally corrected its own mistake.
