Typhoon Dolphin hits China, more than 1 million evacuated
Typhoon Dolphin has made landfall in eastern China, triggering mass evacuations and warnings of torrential rain, severe flooding and landslides. More than one million people have been evacuated, while Wenzhou relocated around 900,000 residents. Shanghai cancelled more than 1,400 flights as flooding disrupted parts of the city. Authorities warn dangerous conditions could continue through Wednesday as the weakened storm moves inland.
