Trump cuts recommended childhood vaccines from 18 to 11 in major US policy shift

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order proposing major changes to childhood vaccination guidance in the US. The order recommends reducing the core vaccine schedule from 18 to 11 and splitting the MMR vaccine into three separate injections. The move has drawn criticism from the CDC, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and lawmakers over vaccine safety, delayed vaccinations, and disease outbreak risks.
