US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff met with Russian President Vladimir Putin for the fourth time. But just before the Witkoff-Putin meeting, the deputy head of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces was killed in a car explosion near the capital.
