Historic monastery in Ukraine set on fire in Russian attack, at least 9 killed
In the early hours of the morning, the Ukrainian capital Kiev was shaken again. The sound of explosions woke up the city's residents. However, this time, not only residential areas or infrastructure, but also the flames spread to the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monastery complex, one of the symbols of Ukraine's history, culture and religious identity.
