BYD's EVs charge almost as quickly as a gasoline car

Chinese automotive giant BYD's new Super e-Platform technology claims that the car can be fully charged in just 5 to 8 minutes. Which is much faster than any EV charging technology that currently exists. This will relieve EV users from the hassle of waiting at the charging station for a long time.
