Retired military officers seek legal relief for death-row fugitive ex-major Zia

Raowa Joint General Secretary Lt Col (retd) Abu Nawroz Khurshid Alam told TBS that Raowa has applied to appoint a new defence lawyer for Zia in the High Court.
