Workers are weaving Muslin sarees at the Dhakai Muslin House at Narayanganj's Tarabo. At the height of its fame, a yard of fable fabric of Dhaka once could fetch prices ranging from £50 to £400, equivalent to roughly £7,000 to £56,000 today, with even the best silk costing 26 times less.
