Pakistan rejects Afghan claim its air strikes killed over 400 in Kabul hospital

Taliban say a Pakistani air strike hit a Kabul drug rehabilitation hospital, killing hundreds, while Islamabad denies targeting civilians and insists it struck militant infrastructure.
