Dhaka North playground in Banani: A public facility for a select few?

Left uncared for, the recently renovated Banani Club Ground is overrun with weeds and rain-filled ditches that are breeding mosquitoes. Even two years after completing the development work, the Dhaka North City Corporation could not appoint a company for the ground’s maintenance.
