Left-arm spinner Taijul Islam has become the first Bangladeshi cricketer to be picked by a team in the SA T20.

Taijul was bought for R500,000 (around Tk 35 lakh) during the players' auction for the fourth edition of the competition, held in Johannesburg yesterday (Tuesday).
"Spinning his way into Durban's heart," the Super Giants wrote on their official Facebook page as they welcomed the Bangladeshi spinner.
The SA T20, featuring six teams, will take place from 23 January to 24 February next year.
