Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has become the second left-arm spinner in the history of international cricket to pick up 700 wickets.
Shakib snared the scalp of big-hitting USA opener Andries Gous to reach the milestone of 700 wickets.
Former New Zealand all-rounder Daniel Vettori was the first man to notch up the milestone. He finished his career with 705 international wickets.

Shakib has more than 14,000 runs in international cricket to go with the 700 wickets. Among cricketers with 700 wickets, no one apart from Shakib has even 8000 runs.
Shakib is by far Bangladesh's highest wicket-taker in international cricket. Former captain Mashrafe Mortaza is the second name on the list with 389 wickets.
