Second day in Rawalpindi set for 98 overs
The weather on the first day allowed only 41 overs, during which Pakistan reached 158 for 4. Mohammad Rizwan, unbeaten on 24, and Saud Shakeel, who is not out on 57, will resume their innings on the second day.

After rain curtailed much of the action on the opening day of the Pakistan-Bangladesh Test in Rawalpindi, the second day will feature an extended session, with 98 overs scheduled instead of the standard 90. Match officials have agreed to add 45 extra minutes to the day's play to make up for the lost time.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that play will commence at 9:45 AM local time, 15 minutes earlier than usual. The lunch interval remains at 12:00 PM, with the afternoon session beginning at 12:40 PM and continuing until 2:55 PM.
The final session will start at 3:15 PM and is scheduled to run until 5:15 PM. Should additional time be required, match officials are prepared to extend play by up to 30 minutes to ensure that all 98 overs are completed.
