Will ‘Mindhunter’ make a return?

Six years after its abrupt end, Netflix's 'Mindhunter' may finally return — this time as a series of feature-length films.
In a recent interview with CBR, star Holt McCallany revealed that director David Fincher is considering reviving the acclaimed crime drama as three two-hour movies.
McCallany shared that he met with Fincher, who hinted at the possibility but emphasised that nothing is confirmed.
"Writers are working," McCallany said, "but David has to be happy with the scripts."
He continued, "I would love it if it were to return. He gave me a little bit of hope when I had that meeting with him, but the sun, the moon, and the stars would all have to align."
Fincher has remained active with Netflix, directing 'Mank and The Killer', and is now involved in a new 'Once Upon a Time in America' sequel. Despite scheduling challenges and lingering uncertainty, fans may yet see a continuation of one of Netflix's most critically praised series.
