The Palestinian-Israeli documentary 'No Other Land', directed by Yuval Abraham and Basel Adra, has earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Documentary.

The film highlights the destruction of Masafer Yatta in the occupied West Bank and explores the complex bond between Palestinian journalist Basel Adra and Israeli journalist Yuval.

Despite critical acclaim and distribution in 24 countries, the film struggled to secure a US distributor. It premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2024 and screened at festivals in Copenhagen and Paris.

An Oscar-qualifying run occurred in November 2024 at Lincoln Center, with limited US releases scheduled for 31 January in New York City and 7 February in Los Angeles.
