Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death revealed

Legendary Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne died on 22 July at the age of 76, with his death certificate listing cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, and Parkinson's disease as joint causes.
The document, filed by his daughter Aimée in London, confirms the rock icon had long battled multiple health issues.
Osbourne's funeral was held on July 30 in his hometown of Birmingham, where thousands of fans lined the streets as his family—wife Sharon and children Aimée, Kelly, and Jack—led a private service. Just weeks before his death, Osbourne had reunited with Black Sabbath for a final performance.
