Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne are back with a bang on the fiery 'Banned From NO (Remix),' released on 11 June. After fans were let down by Minaj's absence on 'Tha Carter VI', she comes through with a blistering verse days later—taking shots, dropping punchlines, and repping Young Money hard.
She throws shade at Shannon Sharpe, cleverly jabs the NFL for snubbing Wayne from the Super Bowl Halftime Show, and even nods to classic Wayne lyrics: "Weezy F Baby and the F is for Phenomenal." With NBA puns, sharp rhymes, and their signature chemistry, the remix feels like a proper reunion.
This marks their first collab since 2023's 'RNB,' and fans are here for it.
