Miley Cyrus announces new single 'End of the World'

Miley Cyrus has announced a new single, 'End Of The World', set for release on 4 April. The track is part of her upcoming ninth album, 'Something Beautiful', arriving 30 May via Columbia Records.
Miley, who executive produced the album alongside Shawn Everett, has already shared two dramatic singles: 'Prelude' and the album's title track. The album is expected to be comprised of 13 new songs
A 19-second preview of 'End Of The World' teases the song's immersive, operatic style, reinforcing the project's cinematic approach. In the video snippet, Cyrus sings, "Let's pretend it's not the end of the world," while lying in front of a drum kit. Fans can expect an emotionally charged musical journey with each release.
The upcoming album comes after the singer's 2023 album, 'Endless Summer Vacation', which climbed its way to No 3 on the Billboard 200 charts. Its song, 'Flowers', also won Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance at the Grammys in 2024.
