Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars lead 2025 VMA nominations

Lady Gaga tops the 2025 MTV Video Music Award nominations with 12 nods, including artist of the year and video of the year for 'Die With a Smile', her duet with Bruno Mars, who follows closely with 11 nominations.
Kendrick Lamar (10), Rosé and Sabrina Carpenter (8 each), and Ariana Grande and The Weeknd (7 each) also scored big.
This year's video of the year contenders include Lamar's 'Not Like Us', Grande's 'brighter days ahead', Eilish's 'Birds of a Feather', and Mars's 'APT.' with Rosé.
