Keya Payel makes web film debut with 'Happily Married'
Actress Keya Payel is making her web film debut with 'Happily Married', directed by Zahid Preetam and co-starring Arifin Shuvo.
The Chorki original is set to premiere on 7 October. Payel said she had received offers for web films since the format began gaining popularity in Bangladesh, but waited for a role that would allow audiences to see her beyond her regular television work.
"I wanted to work in a character and story where people could see something different in me," Payel said. "Since I regularly work in dramas, I wanted audiences to see a different Payel in a film or web film."

Payel also spoke about working with Shuvo, describing him as professional, sincere and helpful. She said his seniority did not create a gap while working together.
The actress had earlier sparked speculation about her marriage by sharing a photo with Shuvo captioned 'Happily Married' on Facebook in July. The post was later revealed to be related to the web film.
