The Kishoreganj Police in a drive arrested the joint convenor of Kishoreganj Jubo League Mir Aminul Islam Sohel just after midnight yesterday (3 October).

He was accused in a case filed over an attack on protestors during the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement in the district town on (4 August).

Police said on information they conducted the raid at the residence of Sohel located in the town at around 1:30am and arrested him, said Officer-in-Charge of Kishoreganj Sadar Model Thana Md Shaymol Mia.
