In a first response from the Narendra Modi government to the World Happiness Report released earlier this week, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has called it 'mind games'.

Interacting with students at the RV Dental College in Bengaluru, S Jaishankar dismissed the report and cited an example of his friend from Singapore to claim how Indians are happier than the Europeans.
