Imran Khan tweets about Delhi riots, urges world community to act
The Pakistani Prime Minister hasn't minced words while airing his views on the Citizenship Amendment Act
The Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday attempted to use the ongoing unrest in northeast Delhi for diplomatic leverage, urging the world community to intervene to protect Indian Muslims.
"Now 200 million Muslims in India are being targeted. The world community must act now," he tweeted
Imran Khan In a series of tweets said that the ideology of the Bhartiya Janta Party's (BJP) parent organization, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was "racist" and "based on hatred", reports the India Today.

"Whenever a racist ideology based on hatred takes over, it leads to bloodshed," he said.
Khan also warned Pakistanis targeting minorities of strict action.
Twenty three people are dead in horrific violence involving supporters and detractors of the amended citizenship law, whose critics say it violates the Constitution and discriminates against Muslims.
The Indian government insists that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), made law in December, is meant to give "a new ray of hope" to minorities who left Pakistan or two other Islamic countries because of religious persecution.
It has promised Indian Muslims they will not lose citizenship.
Ties between India and Pakistan have seen a sharp downswing in recent years, especially since New Delhi broke with decades of restraint to send fighter jets into Pakistan to target terrorists last year in response to a suicide bombing that killed 40 Indian soldiers and later scrapped Jammu and Kashmir's special legal status.
The Indian government has not yet responded to Khan's latest remarks.
