Maitree Express passengers to be screened for coronavirus

The Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control & Research (IEDCR) said on Wednesday that they will start screening passengers arriving from India by Maitree Express, an international passenger train, for coronavirus.
"Maitree Express will be screened on every four operating days," Professor Meerjady Sabrina Flora, director of IEDCR confirmed the matter at a press brief on Wednesday.
Earlier, the IEDCR has said all inbound travellers arriving at the airports and other ports will have to undergo screening test to prevent coronavirus.

Across mainland China, the total toll has now reached 1,016.
There were another 2,478 new confirmed cases on the mainland on February 10, down from 3,062 on the previous day and bringing the accumulated total to 42,638.
