Two-day job fair organised for retired army officers
A two-day job fair was organised, the first of its kind, for the retired army officers and their families at Dhaka Cantonment.
A total of 60 renowned organisations participated in the fair.
The Chief of Army Staff General SM Shafiuddin Ahmed was presented as the chief guest at the job fair.

In his speech, General Shafiuddin said that the army officers retire comparatively at their young age with their enormous skills. The objective of this fair is to establish them in the mainstream civil society by introducing them with various organisations and help them getting employment.
A number of army officers have been working in various organisations using their skills and experience with dignity and honour.
