Huawei watch GT 2: Technology meets style

Life is mobile and movement should be based on science. At present, the idea of "healthy living" is gaining traction across the country. The creation of Huawei's GT 2 series watch conveys the idea that scientific movement forges an active lifestyle and pays tribute to the spirit of adventure. It illustrates how technology makes life better.

The two-week long battery life of the Huawei watch GT series not only sets a record for smart watch battery life, but also improves the user experience of an active lifestyle. From the industry's point of view, the emergence of this watch solves the issues of short battery life and the need to charge frequently.

From a technical point of view, Huawei has developed new technologies to not only create smartwatches with industry-leading, ultra-long battery life but also with smart engine energy-efficient algorithms that can be applied to other smart wear. Additionally, the device can search for a large number of satellites with its dual satellite system for clearer and more accurate positioning.

Powered by Huawei Kirin A1 chip, the innovative battery technologies of the watch demonstrate Huawei's commitment towards providing consumers with continuous proactive sports and health management through wearables. Constant monitoring and scientific exercises can help consumers better manage their health and provides consumers with a more comprehensive, real-time, and convenient active lifestyle experience.

In terms of design, the Huawei GT 2 watch carries on the classic exterior of the first-generation Huawei GT watch with a flatter field of view touching on the boundless experience upgrade. It employs an integrated 3D glass design, a perfect interpretation that is at once - mainstream, concise, refined, and fashionable.

In order to improve the efficiency of business travellers, the watch also supports mobile phone reminders for calls and messages (SMS, email, calendars, and social applications). It can help users to access their phone's content when it is not convenient to take out and view one's phone. You easily take in business, leisure, and sports life just by lifting your wrist.

Additionally, the Huawei GT 2's AI capability eliminates the trouble of having to look at one's phone to read a message. Caller information and push notifications are directly displayed on the watch's screen and one can conveniently refuse or accept calls without touching his or her phone.

The all-new Huawei GT2 combines strength and gentleness, with a simple and modern aesthetic that is extremely suited for people seeking a quality lifestyle. Currently, there are two variants of the GT 2 series available in the market – classic edition and sports edition. The classic edition is priced at Tk18,999 and the sports edition is priced at Tk16,999. The watches are available countrywide in authorised Huawei shops.
