The Education Ministry has annulled the provision of expelling students from the Primary Education Completion (PEC) and equivalent examinations.
Additional Director General of the Directorate of Primary Education informed the matter appearing before the High Court bench of Justices M Inayetur Rahim and Md Mostafizur Rahman today.
Deputy Attorney General Amit Talukdar represented the state while Justice Haque Faisal stood on behalf of the writ in the court.
