Katrina Kaif’s 16-year journey into the world of Bollywood was more hits than misses. The actress believes that one needs to have nerves of steel to be in the glitzy world of Hindi cinema.
"It's not always easy. You need to have nerves of steel to be in the film industry. It is an unpredictable place and no one can guarantee success. I believe in not filling your head with success, or your heart with failures," states NDTV.
The actress became nostalgic after remembering her sweet journey into the world of Indian entertainment, “It's been wonderful, a lot of hard work but also a lot of love from the audience,” she said.

Katrina Kaif’s debut film was a disaster, her movie “Boom” failed in the box office. Despite her initial bump, she skyrocketed into the Industry when she starred with her the then partner, Salman Khan in “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya.”

Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong. Her father, Mohammed Kaif, is a British businessman of Kashmiri descent and her mother Suzanneis an English lawyer and charity worker. She has seven siblings and was raised by her lawyer mom when she was a child after her parent’s divorce.
