Nasir's innings of unbeaten 93 has come from 185 balls. He hit eleven 4s and two 6s.

All-rounder Nasir Hossain showed his class in his very first innings of the Bangabandhu 22nd NCL 2020-21. Playing against Dhaka Division in BKSP, Nasir saw through the day remaining unbeaten for 93.

His team, Rangpur Division, is however in trouble. They still trail by 171 runs in the first innings and they only have 3 wickets in hand. Nasir has bowler Alauddin Babu, who bagged 4 wickets in bowling, with him on the other side. 

Nasir's innings of unbeaten 93 has come from 185 balls. He hit eleven 4s and two 6s.

Spinner Nazmul Hossain Apu was the starman for Dhaka picking up 3 wickets for 69. Pacer Sumon Islam bagged a brace for only 29 from his 11 overs. 

Elsewhere, U19 world cup winner Shahadat Hossain Dipu scored a century against Rajshahi. He played marathon innings of  108 off 256 deliveries staying at the crease for nearly 9 hours. 

His team, Chattogram, ended up scoring  287 in the first innings before bundling out Rajshahi for a paltry 152. 

Noman Chowdhury bagged 4 for 47 while Md. Mehede Hasan bagged 3 for 22 for Chattogram. 

Farhad Reza ran riot in the second innings as Chattogram lost 5 wickets for only 43 runs from 19 overs.

Chattogram lead by 178 runs at the end of the day. 

Khulna are absolutely on top of Sylhet in Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium, Khulna where they lead by 245 runs and already packed 8 wickets of their opponent. 

Masum Khan Tutul bagged 4 while Minhaz Rahman and Moinul Islam Sohel bagged a brace each.     

 Skipper Marshall Ayub scored a ton for Dhaka Metro where they lead by 83 runs at the end of day's play. Ayub scored 112 off 165 deliveries.
