A BSC enginnering greaduate from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Kishore Kumar Das completed his MBA from Dhaka University. He also holds a diploma from the Agriculture Training Institute and has held numerous positions in various firms in the information technology and telecommunications industry before starting Bidyanondo.

Bidyanondo (Learn for Fun) is an educational voluntary organisation and is operated by 40 professionals, with help of thousands of volunteers. The organisation's mission is to foster philanthropic work domestically and internationally.

Bidyanondo: The joyful service for the underprivileged

By designing innovative and inspiring programmes, Bidyanondo's goal is to engage students and professionals to work together to educate, empower and lift the underprivileged. One of Bidyanondo's endeavours is to provide free education, educational materials and support. They have established libraries and a printing press for original publications; their motto is to teach with compassion where a good human being is developed rather than a typical human who is only professionally equipped.

Bidyanondo with its large pool of volunteers and small-scale donors was at the forefront of delivering PPEs to the front-line workers. They also managed to feed thousands of homeless and underprivileged families across the country during the Covid-19 pandemic and built a Covid hospital and has recently been giving away laptop and smartphones to disadvantaged students for online classes.
