Police have arrested three members of a question paper leakage gang including a government bank official from Rajshahi district for their alleged involvement in leaking question papers of admission examinations using digital technology.

The arrestees are Manik Kumar Pramanik, 38, senior officer of Agrani Bank in Rajshahi and his two associates Safiqul Islam, 30 and Shree Ripan Kumar 26.

Based on information given by members of the question paper leakage gang who were arrested earlier, police found Manik's involvement in leaking of question papers of different admission tests and bank jobs.

 Later, a team of police arrested Manik along with his two associates  from Mohanpur area of the city from 3:30am to 5am on Thursday, said a press release.

According to the press release, Manik Kumar used to contact admission candidates of university admission and job exams long ago before the scheduled exam dates. They used to collect the questions during the exam period and send it to the other members of the group for solving those questions. Later, correct answers used to be sent to the paid students on their electronic devices.
