SVP, Astha IT to offer financial consultancy solutions to startups
Under a recently-signed MoU, the two companies will also provide technology solutions for startups
Stellar Value Partners (SVP Limited) and Astha IT Group have teamed up to provide integrated financial consultancy and technology solutions to startups. The two companies recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this end.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, Asha IT – a group of technology companies with global operations – is offering products and services built with groundbreaking technologies.
The company specialises in building massively scalable technology products and systems to governments, large-scale enterprises and startups. They want to leverage their application platform as a service, powered by a set of distributed running microservices, for helping startups build massively scalable technology products without complexity and hassle, it added.

Meanwhile, SVP Limited is a financial planning and analysis, valuation, virtual CFO service, investment and fundraising due diligence, financial consultancy, product development, and business management consultancy company for startups and private companies.
Both of these companies are committed to serving idea-level to advanced startups by providing 360-degree solutions ranging from financial, business and technology consultancy to support.
Moreover, the two companies will provide in-house technology incubation support to promising idea-to-seed-level startups who will get integrated solutions from both.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Shafqat Rahman, chairman of SVP Limited and Md Hasnaeen Rizvi Rahman, managing director of Astha IT Group.
SVP Limited's Managing Director Kamrul Arefin; directors Partha Pratim Paul and Omar Bin Reza Mahee; trainee analysts Usama Noor Safkat and MD Jubair Newaz; were also present at the signing.
