Relationship development a crucial marketing policy: Akij Group Chairman

Relationship development is a crucial marketing policy, Akij Group Chairman Sheikh Nasir Uddin has said on Monday

At the inauguration of the two-day long training for Akij Bakers Limited staffers, he said, "One of the crucial marketing policies is relationship development. You have to mix with the shopkeepers. If there is quality service, the organisation will stride ahead fast."

The chairman thinks if an organisation performs better, the staffers will also be so.

"Let us contribute to the economic development of the country unitedly. If we can help the country attaint the development, there will be more jobs and everyone will be fine," said Sheikh Nasir addressing his staffers.

"Every employee must have a dream to improve his or her career. Because if you do not cherish something valuable in your life, you certainly will not excel," he added.

Akij Group Managing Director Sheikh Jamil Uddin presided over the function while Afil Group Director Mahabub Alam Lavlu, Akij Bakers Limited Khulna Divisional Sales Manager Russell Mahmud, Area Manager Ohiduzzaman, Md Shahin and Iftekhar Jewel, among others, were also present.
