Chinese envoy meets BNP Acting Secy Gen Rizvi, discusses bilateral issues

Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh Yao Wen paid a courtesy call on BNP Acting Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi today (15 September).
The meeting was held at 11am at the BNP chairman's office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
During the meeting, the Chinese ambassador greeted Rizvi with flowers. They held cordial discussions on various issues concerning the advancement of political and friendly relations between the two countries.

They also expressed hope that ongoing development projects between Bangladesh and China would gain further momentum.
Deputy Chief of Mission of the Chinese Embassy Liu Yuin, Political Attaché Ling Shuan, Political Adviser to the Prime Minister's Principal Secretary Kazi Nazrul Islam, and Assistant Private Secretary Zahedul Alam were also present.
