China will open its market even further: Xi Jinping
The Chinese President vowed that the business benefits of combating Covid-19 would be shared equally between all companies registered on the mainland of China
China will take more measures to further open its market, said Chinese President Xi Jinping.
He said this on Wednesday in his video speech at the opening of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, reports CGTN.
"We will remain open and cooperative, and build the Chinese market into the world's market, a shared market and everyone's market," Xi said.

Xi announced four sets of measures to reach these goals.
Opening the market to a new level
Xi has acknowledged the performance of China's Free Trade Zones (FTZ) and will continue investing in more and better FTZs.
To foster transparency, a negative list for cross-border trading of services will be adopted.
It will also continue to open up the digital and networking industries.
Promote imaginative growth in international trade
The government will help cross-border e-commerce further. The Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted from Export will be shortened to allow more cross border tech exchange.
Optimize the business atmosphere
The Chinese President vowed that the business benefits of combating Covid-19 would be shared equally between all companies registered on the mainland of China.
It would perfect the legal system relating to international enterprises.
Furthermore, intellectual property rights in the country would be better secured.
Deepen cooperation with countries and organizations
China will make additional efforts to reach free trade agreements (FTA) with more countries and regions, especially the China-EU and China-Japan-South Korea FTAs.
China will also actively participate in existing international cooperation frameworks, including WTO, UN, G20, ASEAN and BRICS.
"We will bring more positive energy to the international society," Xi said.
