Meghna Executive Holdings expands footprint across premium brands, apparel and industry

Meghna Executive Holdings, a subsidiary of Meghna Group, has established itself as a major player in Bangladesh's corporate landscape.

The company, part of Meghna Group, which was founded in 1965 by Mohammad Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, brings multiple concerns under a unified holding structure led by Managing Director Moklasur Rahman Pinto.

Headquartered at Le Méridien Dhaka in Nikunja-2, Meghna Executive Holdings operates through four divisions – trading brands, apparel brands, industrial brands and services.

Under its trading portfolio, Executive Motors Limited serves as the exclusive authorised distributor of BMW vehicles and after-sales services in Bangladesh. The company operates BMW-certified service facilities staffed by internationally accredited technicians.

Executive Lifestyles Limited distributes Kohler products, including sanitary ware, bathroom fixtures and bathing systems, and has maintained the Kohler dealership in Bangladesh for more than a decade.

Executive Machines Limited is one of the oldest Apple Authorized Resellers and Apple Authorized Service Providers in Bangladesh. It retails Apple products, including iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and accessories, and provides warranty-compliant repair services.

Penthouse Livings Limited, established in 2019, is a luxury furniture and lifestyle retail destination in Bangladesh, featuring more than 50 international brands. Penthouse Interiors provides bespoke interior design and turnkey project solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

The group also holds exclusive distribution rights for Ford vehicles through M&U Motors Limited and for KIA Motors through Meghna Automobiles Limited. Meghna Car Manufacturing Limited began domestic vehicle assembly in 2024.

The apparel division comprises six export-oriented garment manufacturing concerns in the greater Dhaka region, supplying international buyers such as Marks & Spencer, Primark, Tesco and Lidl.

Meghna Knit Composite Limited, established in 2007, is a vertically integrated composite manufacturer specialising in intimate apparel and knitwear. Meghna Dresses Limited, established in 2014, along with Executive Hi Fashions Limited, Executive Intimates Limited and Executive Greentex Limited, also support the group's knitwear and intimate apparel production capacity.

Sublime Greentex Limited has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council, recognising its commitment to sustainability-focused manufacturing infrastructure.

Siam Bangla Industries Limited, established in 2004, manufactures white cement under the White Elephant and White Tiger brands through a technical partnership with Siam Cement Group of Thailand. The plant uses O-Separator technology, while its products are quality-tested by the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.

Executive Woodworks Limited is the group's export-oriented furniture manufacturing subsidiary. The company operates from a 680,000-square-foot facility in Jaina Bazar, Sreepur, Gazipur, holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, sources Forest Stewardship Council-certified timber and targets the United States market.

Executive Woodworks Limited is registered as an exhibitor at IMM Cologne 2026. It has also drawn interest from H&M Home, Zara Home and IKEA, according to reports by The Business Standard and The Daily Star.

Meghna Bearing Industries Limited operates in the group's light engineering and industrial manufacturing segment.

Under the services division, Executive Gourmet Limited operates SLAW Bistro, a contemporary dining establishment focused on health-conscious menus, including the 500 Calorie Club dietary programme.

Multimodal Logistics Limited provides logistics and supply chain solutions, supporting the group's import, distribution and warehousing operations.
