BIFFL supports underprivileged trainees with sewing machines
Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL) has donated 20 sewing machines to trainees at Dhaka Ahsania Mission, in line with its corporate social responsibility.
The initiative empowers women and young people by developing their tailoring skills and facilitating small-scale, income-generating activities, according to a press release.
Sheikh Anower Sadat, Head of Sustainable Finance at BIFFL, said the programme reflects the company's dedication to inclusive growth and sustainable livelihoods.

Professor Dr Golam Rahman, Chairman of Dhaka Ahsania Mission, welcomed the support and noted it will bolster skill development and poverty alleviation efforts in Bangladesh.
