More and more mainstream Bollywood actors are finally treading the waters of the digital format. And now Hrithik Roshan is set to join that list.

Hrithik is joining Disney's "The Night Manager". It's a critically acclaimed British show that's finally getting a Hindi remake, according to reports by IndiaTV.

The Night Manager is a BBC series based on the novel by the renowned writer John le Carre. The British version had Tom Hiddleston as the lead. And with a stellar supporting cast, Hugh Laurie and Elizabeth Debicki.

Hrithik is reportedly being paid a whopping 75-80 crore for the project. This is hardly surprising as the show will be shot on a massive scale and especially considering its Hrithik's debut in the streaming platform.

Hrithik is consistent with box-office numbers and his popularity worldwide is expected to be propelled through this show.

Just like Hrithik, even Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is making his streaming debut with his Amazon Prime deal.
