Daffodil Computers holds 28th AGM, declares no dividend
The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Daffodil Computers PLC was held on 29 December 2025 at 10:00am via a hybrid platform.
The meeting was chaired by Shahana Khan, Chairperson of the company. During the AGM, the Managing Director presented the annual report for the 2024–25 financial year. Directors, Independent Directors, the Company Secretary, and a large number of shareholders participated both physically and virtually.
At the AGM, shareholders approved the audited accounts for the 2024–25 financial year with a no-dividend declaration. The meeting concluded with an expression of optimism about improved business performance in the coming financial year.

On the same day, the 3rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Daffodil Computers PLC was held at 11:00am, also in a hybrid format.
At the EGM, shareholders unanimously approved a proposal to issue 32,690,000 shares at a price of Tk15 per share, against a loan amounting to Tk490.35 million received from Creative International.
