Bangladesh's remittance inflows surged by 16% in the FY26 (Jul-Sep), reaching $7.6 billion, up from $6.5 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Meanwhile, Dhaka district alone accounted for two-fifths of the total remittances, representing 41.7%, which amounted to $3.2 billion.
