BACCO signs MoU with Priyo Pay to ease international transactions
The Bangladesh Association of Contact Centre & Outsourcing (BACCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Priyo Inc., USA, to strengthen Bangladesh's outsourcing and BPO industry through innovative and secure cross-border payment solutions.
The partnership marks a major step toward simplifying international transactions for Bangladeshi outsourcing professionals, freelancers, and companies. Through Priyo Pay, BACCO members will gain access to faster client payments, seamless global transfers, and efficient financial management tools.
Under the MoU, Priyo Pay and BACCO will jointly offer exclusive benefits to members, including a free one-year USD account, zero charges on incoming ACH transfers, free issuance of up to ten business debit cards, and dedicated account-management support.
The agreement was signed by Md Shahriar Ferdous, Chief Operating Officer of Priyo Inc., and Md Tanzirul Basher, Vice-President of BACCO. Also present were Paik Ikbal Hossain, Head of Operations, Priyo Pay; Merajun Naher, Manager (Business Development), Priyo Pay; Md Salim Sarker, Executive Coordinator, BACCO; and Najiha Sultana, Senior Executive, BACCO.
Speaking on the occasion, BACCO representatives said the partnership will reduce financial friction for BPO and ITES companies by enabling faster, safer, and more transparent cross-border transactions.
The initiative reflects BACCO's ongoing commitment to strengthening Bangladesh's BPO ecosystem by connecting its members with global financial technologies that simplify operations, enhance competitiveness, and support sustainable industry growth.
