Bulbul, Fahim, Faruque elected BCB directors
Bulbul and Fahim were elected from the Dhaka Division in Category-1 (Districts and Divisions), each securing 15 votes, while Faruque, a former BCB president, was elected from Category-2 (Dhaka Metropolis Clubs) after receiving 42 votes.

Aminul Islam Bulbul, Nazmul Abedeen Fahim, and Faruque Ahmed were among the 17 directors elected to the Board of Directors of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) in the election held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka on Monday (6 October).
Bulbul and Fahim were elected from the Dhaka Division in Category-1 (Districts and Divisions), each securing 15 votes, while Faruque, a former BCB president, was elected from Category-2 (Dhaka Metropolis Clubs) after receiving 42 votes.
Iftekhar Rahman Mithu and Manzur Alam, both members of the previous board, were also re-elected from the club category, obtaining 34 and 39 votes respectively.
In addition, Ishtiaque Sadeque (42), Adnan Rahman Dipon (40), Fayazur Rahman (42), Abul Bashar (40), Amzad Hossain (40), Shahnian Taneem (42), Mokhsedul Kamal (41), M Nazmul Islam (37), and Mehrab Alam Chowdhury (41) were the other nine directors elected from the club category.
