Bangladesh's exports slide 4.6% YoY in September
EPB figures show that knitwear exports dropped by 5.75%, while woven garments declined by 5.54% during the month.

Bangladesh's year-on-year merchandise exports fell by 4.61% to $3.63 billion in September, driven by a decline in key readymade garment shipments, according to data released by the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) today (5 October).
EPB figures show that knitwear exports dropped by 5.75%, while woven garments declined by 5.54% during the month.
Exports stood at $3.63 billion in September 2025, down from $3.80 billion in the same month last year - marking a 4.61% decline year-on-year.
