Dhaka to host 2nd China-Bangladesh Exhibition this September

The 2nd China-Bangladesh Exhibition, scheduled for 12–13 September 2025 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, is set to further strengthen trade, investment, and industrial cooperation between Bangladesh and China under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
The exhibition is being jointly organised by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh and the Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh (CEAB). It will serve as a key bilateral platform, bringing together stakeholders across multiple sectors, including engineering, infrastructure, technology, logistics, energy, healthcare, and financial services.
The initiative underscores the deepening economic engagement between the two countries. Bangladesh has already benefited from several large-scale infrastructure projects supported by China—most notably the Padma Rail Link and the Karnaphuli Tunnel. These projects have enhanced national connectivity, facilitated industrial development, and contributed to the expansion of regional trade routes.
The 2025 edition of the exhibition aims to go beyond traditional business showcases by promoting industrial innovation, encouraging knowledge exchange, and facilitating the formation of strategic joint ventures. The platform will offer Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, industry representatives, and policymakers an opportunity to directly engage with Chinese enterprises and explore investment-driven collaboration.
In an evolving global economy, the exhibition reaffirms both countries' commitment to inclusive, sustainable growth and long-term strategic partnership based on mutual trust and shared objectives.
