Three, including Shramik Dal leader, arrested over obstruction of advisers' convoy in Jaflong
A case was filed over the incident by SI Obaidullah under charges of obstructing government officials in the line of duty and unlawful assembly.

Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the recent protest in Jaflong where two government advisers' vehicles were obstructed by protesting stone traders and workers.
The arrestees are Shramik Dal's union unit Vice-Pesident Delwar Hossain, Shahjahan Ahmed and Faruk Mia.
Confirming the matter, Goainghat Police Station Sub-Inspector Obaidullah said the arrests were made in Sylhet city and Jaflong area last night and this morning (16 June).
According to the police, the accused, along with others, unlawfully blocked the road and created obstruction after the two advisers – Environment Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan and Energy Adviser Muhammad Fouzul Kabir Khan – announced that local stone quarries would not be reopened during an official visit to Jaflong on 14 June.
Moments after the announcement, a group of stone workers gathered and blocked the advisers' vehicles for about 10 minutes.
The situation led to a brief scuffle between the protesters and police, who later cleared the road and helped the advisers leave the area safely.
